What is aloe juice?

What does the juice do?
Aloe gel applied topically relieves many skin irritations, soothes burns and moisturises the skin. Taken internally, the aloe polysaccharide gelly has a similar effect on the mucous membranes lining the digestive tract. Research dating back ten years or more both in South Africa and the USA provides substantial anecdotal evidence that drinking a daily glass of aloe extract has been reported not only to relieve heartburn, indigestion, symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome and various stomach disorders, but also assist in boosting the immune system

How much should I take?

The juice is usually taken on its own, but it can be mixed with fruit juice if preferred
